RapidKnowHow Standard Blueprint V1.0

Title: 30-Day Strategic ROICE Sprint – Standard Operating Blueprint
Version: V1.0 (2026)
Author: RapidKnowHow
Use Case: All future sector programs, licensing packs, and value-capture design.

1. PURPOSE OF THE STANDARD

This Standard defines how RapidKnowHow designs, delivers, and scales 30-Day Strategic Sprints that produce:

  • Quantified performance baselines,
  • Scenario simulations,
  • Business cases (EBITDA + Cash),
  • 12-month execution roadmaps,
  • Board-ready decision briefs.

The Standard applies across all verticals, not only Industrial Gases.

2. CORE OUTCOME OF ANY RAPIDKNOWHOW SPRINT

Every Sprint MUST deliver 5 outputs:

  1. Baseline Scan Report (Where we stand now)
  2. Scenario Simulations (Digital / AI-driven if applicable)
  3. Business Case Model (EBITDA + Cash + Investment)
  4. 12-Month Execution Roadmap (KPIs + Owners + Gates)
  5. Executive Decision Brief (Board-ready narrative)

If these 5 are not delivered → Sprint is not complete.

3. STANDARD SPRINT STRUCTURE (30 DAYS)

The Sprint is always structured into 4 Modules:

Module 1 — Baseline & Diagnosis (Week 1)

Purpose: Establish factual reality.
Outputs:

  • Baseline metrics
  • Segmentation/footprint snapshot
  • Initial risk inventory

Module 2 — Scenario Design (Week 2)

Purpose: Simulate future potential.
Outputs:

  • Scenario models (3–5)
  • Digital/AI simulations (if available)
  • Sensitivity analysis

Module 3 — Business Case (Week 3)

Purpose: Convert scenarios into money.
Outputs:

  • EBITDA uplift
  • Cash conversion
  • Payback & investment gates
  • Implementation sensitivity

Module 4 — Roadmap & Decision (Week 4)

Purpose: Convert business case into action.
Outputs:

  • 12-month roadmap
  • KPI structure
  • Responsible owners
  • Risk & countermeasures
  • Executive Decision Brief

4. MANDATORY COMPONENTS

Every sector Sprint MUST include the following components:

Diagnosis tool (Baseline capture)
Simulation tool or model (Scenario design)
Financial model (Business case)
Roadmap template (Strategic execution)
Decision Brief template (Board-facing)

Optional but recommended:

◻ Digital dashboards
◻ HTML simulators
◻ ESG or regulatory layer
◻ Licensing add-ons
◻ M&A or partnership maps

5. DELIVERY FORMAT STANDARD

All Sprints follow the same delivery infrastructure:

Duration: 30 days
Touchpoints:

  • 4 Workshops (90–120 min each)
  • 1–2 Executive/Board Clinics (30–60 min)

Channels:

  • Remote-first (Zoom/Teams)
  • Slack/Teams async support

Artifacts:

  • Provided via shared folder + PDF + PPT + XLS/HTML

6. PARTICIPANT STANDARD

Each Sprint must have:

Executive Sponsor (C-level or VP)
Data Access Owner (Pricing/Operations/Finance/ESG depending sector)
Strategy/PM Owner (to hold the roadmap)

Optional but useful roles depending sector:

  • Digital / Data / IT
  • Product / Segment
  • Customer Success / Sales
  • Compliance / Regulatory
  • Sustainability / ESG

7. DECISION-READY VALUE DELIVERABLES

RapidKnowHow does not deliver slideware or academic analysis.

We deliver decision-ready outputs:

  • Truth → Possibility → Money → Actions → Decisions

This sequence is mandatory:

  1. Truth = baseline
  2. Possibility = scenarios
  3. Money = business case
  4. Actions = roadmap
  5. Decisions = board brief

If any step is missing = the Sprint fails the Standard.

8. SECTOR ADAPTATION FRAMEWORK

To apply the Standard to any sector, RapidKnowHow uses a 4-variable mapping table:

VariableDescriptionSector Example
X = Value MetricWhat “winning performance” meansROCE in Industrial Gas, EBITDA in Logistics, Cx in Health
Y = MechanismHow value is createdPricing, Mix, AI, OPEX, ESG
Z = ConstraintsRegulatory/Operational limitsESG, FDA, CO2, Capex
T = Time HorizonHow soon impact lands90 days / 12 months / 24 months

This ensures transferability while keeping the Sprint credible in each domain.

9. LICENSE & VALUE CAPTURE MODEL

Every Sprint MUST align with the 3-tier RapidKnowHow value capture ladder:

LEARN → LEAD → LICENSE

Where:

  • LEARN = Free/Low-ticket content that attracts
  • LEAD = 30-Day Sprint (paid)
  • LICENSE = Annual system adoption (recurring)

Licenses include:

  • Tools, updates, dashboards, playbooks, support
  • Geography & segment options
  • Tiered user access

10. GUARANTEE STANDARD

To de-risk clients and accelerate adoption, RapidKnowHow applies the standard guarantee:

Final 30% of fee is only invoiced if all deliverables are met.

This applies across all Sprint sectors.

11. SCALING & MULTIPLICATION PATH

After Sprint completion, RapidKnowHow presents 3 scaling routes:

  1. Deploy (client runs roadmap with license)
  2. Co-Execute (RapidKnowHow supports execution)
  3. M&A / Partnership (sector-specific, optional)

This creates:

  • Recurring revenue
  • Deal flow
  • Licensing traction
  • Deep account relationships

12. SUPPORTING INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

This Standard sits on core RapidKnowHow IP:

  • ROICE Model
  • Decision Governance
  • Indirect Strategy Doctrine
  • Rapid Simulation Engines
  • Rapid Financial Modeling
  • Playbooks + Dashboards + Templates

Any sector implementation must reference these frameworks where relevant.

CERTIFICATION OF STANDARD

This document certifies that the 30-Day Strategic ROICE Sprint is now the official RapidKnowHow Standard for:

✔ B2B sector programs
✔ Licensing system design
✔ Value capture models
✔ Productization & scaling
✔ Platform strategy (2026+)
