MAKE THE DECISION.
DELIVER THE VALUE.

Edition 1 · 11 October 2026 · Josef David

One journey for leaders

RapidKnowHow connects a relevant signal to a clear decision, a practical offer, an action and a verified result. The leader selects the objective and drives the journey. The Command Center helps decide what matters. The Commercial Center provides the relevant PowerBook, Action Guide and licensing route.

The Commercial Flow

PowerPost > PowerReport > relevant PowerBook or Action Guide > purchase > PDF delivery > action > verified result > scoped PowerLicense > renewal and expansion.

Start with ONE decision

Which decision, acted on now, could improve cash flow, customer value or strategic position within the next 30 days? Select one opportunity before selecting an offer.

What this report delivers

A practical operating model, a ten-minute decision routine, a 30-day proof plan and a commercial control checklist. It is a proposed working method, not an audit of current business performance or a guarantee of financial results.

01 / COMMAND CENTER

SEE THE SIGNAL.
CHOOSE THE ACTION.

ONE SIGNAL

Describe one change that could affect cash, customer value or strategic position. Record its source and date. Separate observed facts from assumptions. Example: a strategic customer’s replenishment pattern changes.

ONE DECISION + WHY NOW

State the choice in one sentence, including the alternative you considered. Identify the cost of delay and the evidence still missing. Example: test an agreed replenishment schedule with one customer before proposing a wider rollout.

TOP 3 ACTIONS

1. Validate the signal with the customer and the relevant operating data.
2. Assign one owner and define a small, reversible test.
3. Agree a baseline, a target, a review date and a stop condition.

30-DAY RESULT + CONFIDENCE

Define a measurable outcome before acting. State confidence as high, medium or low with a reason. Record the decision and later compare the result with the original expectation. Review using SIGNAL > INTERPRET > DECIDE > ACT > REVIEW.

The ten-minute routine

Minutes 0-2: select the signal. Minutes 2-4: examine the evidence. Minutes 4-6: choose the decision. Minutes 6-8: assign three actions. Minutes 8-10: record the measure and review date.

02 / COMMERCIAL CENTER

MATCH THE NEED.
OPEN THE RIGHT OFFER.

From insight to useful purchase

The PowerPost explains the problem and the ONE decision. This free PowerReport helps the visitor frame the decision. The Commercial Center lets the visitor select the relevant PowerBook or Action Guide. The offer should explain the outcome, contents, price and next step before purchase.

Choose by the result required

Market leadership: B2B Market Leader Algorithm PowerBook or 90-Day Action Guide.
New opportunities: Stealth B2B Development Action Guide.
Stakeholder alignment: Lead Key Stakeholders PowerBook.
AI execution: AI to Cash Action Guide.
Partner expansion: Building & Compounding License Partner Networks.
Cross-company economics: Total Cost of Ownership PowerBook.
Evidence quality: Critical Reading PowerBook.

Two purchase routes

Full process: open the offer, understand the scope and then buy.
Quick Checkout: use the product’s existing direct purchase route when the visitor has already selected it. Check the correct product, quantity and price before confirming.

The customer result

Completed order > protected PDF access > automatic confirmation email received > the email link opens the correct complete PDF. A successful manual resend is recovery evidence; it does not prove the original automatic delivery.

Beyond the individual purchase

After a useful result, consider a scoped PowerLicense for repeat application across teams, locations or partner networks. Agree usage rights, delivery, governance, measures and renewal terms.

03 / 30-DAY VALUE PROOF

ACT ONCE.
PROVE BEFORE SCALING.

Days 1-3 / Establish the baseline

Choose one decision and one accountable owner. Record the current cash or operating position, the affected customer or process, the evidence source and the expected benefit. Agree what counts as success and when to stop.

Days 4-10 / Execute the test

Use the selected guide to implement three actions. Keep a short evidence log: date, action, owner, cost and observed effect. Review adverse effects as well as benefits. Resolve the greatest chokepoint before adding more activity.

Days 11-20 / Check the effect

Compare actual performance with the baseline. Separate revenue, margin, cash collection, working capital and one-off costs. Record other changes that could explain the result. Avoid counting the same benefit twice.

Days 21-30 / Make the next decision

Verify the outcome with the owner and the affected stakeholder. Choose STOP, ADJUST or SCALE. Preserve a reusable case containing the original signal, decision, actions, evidence and result.

Illustrative calculation / not a forecast

If average inventory falls from EUR 200,000 to EUR 180,000 without damaging service, the gross working-capital release is EUR 20,000. Deduct implementation costs and check payables, receivables and operational effects before claiming a net cash benefit. This release is not recurring annual profit.

Compounding logic

Verified result > reusable case and know-how > scoped annual licence > renewal and expansion. Enterprise value depends on sustainable transferable cash flow, costs and risk; licensing alone does not establish a valuation.

04 / CONTROL THE FLOW

REMOVE THE CHOKEPOINT.
PRESERVE THE PROOF.

Decision control

Does each selected signal have a decision, an owner, three actions and a dated result measure? If not, complete the decision record before increasing activity.

Commercial control

Can the visitor reach the relevant offer, understand its outcome and buy through the intended route? Record the largest observed barrier. Check abandonment at each stage where valid data are available; do not label unknown traffic or conversion as zero.

Fulfilment control

For a test, record the order number, total, status, automatic email receipt and the PDF link result. A restricted EUR 0 test can verify free-order fulfilment while preserving the public price. It does not verify paid card or PayPal charging.

Value control

Record baseline, target, actual result, evidence, confidence and the next decision. Keep cash release separate from recurring operating improvement. Review licence renewal and expansion only against agreed scope and demonstrated use.
