RAPIDKNOWHOW® — VALUE DELIVERED
PowerPost Series · Episode 02
MAKE THE NEXT STEP OBVIOUS.
Your visitor understands the offer. Then they stop.
Which button? Which guide? Where do I go now?
Your next improvement: make the next decision clear.
WHAT
Give every stage of the customer journey one clear primary action. Use words that explain exactly what happens after the click.
Describe your challenge → Compare up to three relevant matches → Select ONE → Review its matching guide in the Shop → Decide and buy.
WHY
An interested visitor still needs enough information to choose. A clear button connects that decision to the right destination.
If the button promises a product, open the product page. Show what the customer receives and its current price before asking them to pay.
HOW — THREE ACTIONS TODAY
- Name the next action. Replace vague labels such as “Continue” with a specific instruction: “Find my 3 best matches” or “View my matching guide.”
- Match the destination to the promise. After a selection, show the chosen solution and its next action. A guide-review button should open that guide’s product page.
- Test with a fresh pair of eyes. Ask someone to use the journey on a smartphone. Observe where they hesitate. Fix the first unclear step and test it again.
PROVE THE IMPROVEMENT
Record how many visitors reach each step and how many move to the next. Compare the same periods before and after the change. Use completed purchases to assess the commercial result.
Our design target: make the next action understandable within ten seconds.
YOUR NEXT ACTION
Bring ONE business challenge. Compare the available matches. Select the solution that fits, then review its matching execution guide in the Shop.
