RAPIDKNOWHOW® — VALUE DELIVERED
PowerPost Series · Episode 03

MAKE AI USEFUL.

ONE TASK. ONE USEFUL RESULT. MEASURABLE VALUE.

Your customer has a job to do. Your team has a problem to solve. Where can artificial intelligence help them finish the work?

WHAT

Apply AI to one recurring task with a clear result: prepare a customer offer, compare supplier proposals, or turn operating data into a decision brief.

Define what a good result looks like before choosing the tool.

WHY

More generated content can create more checking and correction. AI earns its place when the finished work helps someone act and the benefit exceeds the time and cost of using it.

HOW — THREE ACTIONS TODAY

  1. Choose ONE costly task. Record how often it occurs, how long it takes, and the quality required.
  2. Run ONE small test. Give AI approved information and a clear instruction. Have the responsible person check the result before it is used.
  3. Measure the finished work. Include preparation, checking, and correction time. Compare quality and total cost with the starting point. Keep the approach if the evidence supports it.

EXAMPLE — INDUSTRIAL GAS CUSTOMER REVIEW

Use approved delivery and consumption records to prepare a short customer review. Ask AI to flag unusual patterns and suggest three questions for the account manager to investigate.

The account manager verifies the figures, confirms the cause with the customer, and agrees ONE improvement to test.

Measure: preparation time, correction time, and the operating result of the agreed action. Record cash released or cost avoided only when verified.

YOUR 30-DAY TARGET

ONE repeatable task completed to the required quality, with a documented improvement in time or cost. Share the proven method so colleagues can reuse it.
